or similar)3+ years leading a software or DevOps engineering team in an agile environmentProven experience delivering production‐grade systems with solid SDLC disciplineExperience building or modernizing distributed systems at scaleStrong proficiency with GitHub Actions and GitOps practices and workflowsExperience with Docker and/or KubernetesStrong communication, analytical thinking, and sense of ownershipDemonstrated AI practitioner: actively uses AI tooling (e.G.
