Job DescriptionAs a Sr Advanced Project Engineer at Honeywell, you will lead and manage advanced engineering projects within the Aerospace business unit. You will provide technical expertise, project management, and strategic direction to drive innovation and deliver high‐quality solutions. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams, industry experts, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges and advance the company's mission.You will report directly to a Sr Engineering Program Manager and work out of our Mississauga, ON location on a hybrid work schedule. Your impact will help the company drive innovation, deliver cutting‐edge aerospace solutions, and achieve business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead recent product development projects from concept through qualification and production transitionDevelop and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and budgetsCoordinate cross‐functional engineering teams including electrical, software, systems, and mechanical engineeringInterface with customers, vendors,



and internal stakeholders to support project executionSupport technical reviews, product development activities, and project performance reportingDrive risk/opportunity management and support cost estimation activitiesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Systems, Computer, Aerospace, or related Engineering disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in new product development (NPD)Experience working with embedded systems, avionics, aerospace electronics, or integrated hardware/software productsExperience leading or coordinating cross‐functional engineering projectsWillingness to work on commercial and military aerospace programsEligibility for CGP clearance (controlled goods program environment)The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 in Mississauga, Ontario.Accommodation is available upon request for applicants with disabilities under the Ontario Human Rights Code. #J-18808-Ljbffr
