Brookfield Properties in Calgary seeks a Customer Guide to enhance the homebuyer journey. You will support the Community Manager, update MLS listings, answer customer questions, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Design to ensure a seamless experience.
You will build relationships with prospective and current homeowners, run reports, and contribute to improving sales strategies while maintaining high customer happiness. This is a full time, on-site role in Calgary.
