You will drive strong business results through thoughtful leadership, a client-centric approach, and meaningful partnerships with advisors, clients, and internal teams.What You Will DoProvide coaching, mentorship and day-to-day guidance to Account Executives, including support on complex client situations and escalationsFoster an inclusive, team-oriented and performance-driven team environmentSupport individual and team development to build capability and drive engagementDeliver on business goalsExecute regional sales strategies and quarterly business plans in alignment with the Regional Vice PresidentDrive growth and retention across both small and large group benefits segmentsMonitor performance against key metrics and take action to ensure targets are achievedBuild strong relationshipsDevelop and maintain trusted relationships with advisors, clients, and internal partnersCollaborate closely with regional service teams to deliver an exceptional and consistent client experiencePartner with head office teams on initiatives that support business growth and innovationLead the sales processGuide and support your team through the full sales cycle, from RFP to finalist presentations to implementationEnsure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding and ongoing account managementMaintain a small portfolio of large or complex clients, where required,

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.E. annual bonus, commission etc).
