About the role The Integrity team is on the lookout for a Senior Associate in Strategy & Operations to enhance fraud prevention efforts and implement solutions that uphold the integrity of our platform. In this position, you will gain insights into our key user groups - Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants - and play a crucial role in analyzing behaviors that may signal potential risks. You will spearhead investigations into suspicious activities, create data-driven strategies, and execute collaborative initiatives aimed at minimizing losses while ensuring a trustworthy user experience.

What you'll do Develop and refine DoorDash's strategic framework for managing payment, credit, and refund risks, focusing on operations, engineering, and analytics to shield our users from fraudulent activities.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of user behavior across the DoorDash platform to better identify malicious actors and enhance the experience for legitimate users.
Collaborate with various departments, including product, engineering, and analytics, to set objectives and create strategic initiatives.




Use data-driven insights to run experiments aimed at minimizing risk while fostering growth.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading projects and achieving goals within a team setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills for managing complex spreadsheets.
A bachelor's degree is required.

The base salary for this role ranges from $97,000 to $121,000 CAD, determined by factors such as skills, relevant experience, and work location. Additionally, opportunities for equity grants are available.
