Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Offer primary nursing care in collaboration with healthcare teams




• Provide straightforward and advanced wound care, including complex wounds
• Manage chronic diseases, IV therapy, and medication administration
• Support rehabilitation and palliative care programs

Requirements:
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Experience in community health is preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Criminal Records Check must be satisfactory
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
