What you'll do Manage the end-to-end development of public APIs and platform features, covering design, coding, testing, and production monitoring.
Partner with technical product managers and external stakeholders to define and execute on developer-focused requirements.
Provide mentorship to engineering peers through code reviews, design critiques, and onboarding assistance.
Contribute to the long-term architectural strategy for the developer platform.
Requirements Professional experience in designing, launching, and maintaining scalable backend or full-stack platform systems.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript with practical experience building webhooks, APIs,



and distributed systems.
Knowledge of platform-level concepts including OAuth, rate limiting, permission models, and event delivery.
A pragmatic approach to debugging and testing within an Agile environment.
Ability to explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Interest in Agentic AI and experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Gemini or Claude.
Nice to have Experience building developer platforms or integration ecosystems.
Background in data pipelines or ETL processes.
Experience with high-throughput asynchronous systems using Redis or message queues.
