As a Supervisor IV, you'll support scheduling and training of staff, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage equipment logistics for Water and Waste Operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and evaluate staff in system operations

• Manage equipment and material orders for operations

• Respond to public inquiries and safety concerns

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years' experience in wastewater collection systems
• Level 2 Wastewater Collection Operator Certification
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 1A Driver’s Licence
• Solid leadership and communication skills
