In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and driving the development of solutions that meet the needs of our clients. What you'll do Lead the product development process by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful go-to-market strategies.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through direct engagement with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and support staff.
Create detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development team in building features that deliver value to users.
Monitor product performance post-launch, utilizing analytics and user feedback to inform future iterations and enhancements.
Facilitate regular product review meetings to communicate progress,
gather feedback, and adjust priorities as necessary.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance product offerings and capabilities.
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure Vicpark remains competitive and innovative.
Manage product budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Advocate for the customer by ensuring their needs and experiences are at the forefront of product decisions.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably within the tech or software industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies is a plus.
Nice to have Experience in the real estate or property management sector.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Sketch or Figma.
Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is highly desirable.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Skills & tools Proficiency in product management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
Robust analytical tools knowledge, including Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms.
Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Balsamiq).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to synthesize feedback and data into actionable insights.
