About the role We are seeking two Associates to join our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team in Canada. In this position, you will focus on identifying and executing initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency across New Verticals, which will influence both the Canadian and U.S. markets. Your role will involve short-term execution, long-term strategy development, and the implementation of product features that drive performance improvements.

What you'll do Identify and prioritize initiatives to enhance operational processes across New Verticals.
Collaborate with various teams, including strategy, operations, product, and analytics, to drive improvements in efficiency, cost management, and catalog quality.
Requirements 1-2+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or a related field focused on strategy and operations.
A completed Bachelor's Degree.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced,



dynamic environment and take initiative.
Problem-solving skills to translate complex challenges into actionable plans.
Nice to have Experience with AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor for enhancing workflow and analysis.
Skills & tools Proficient in data analysis and operational metrics.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
Practical notes This role operates in a hybrid work model, requiring presence in either Toronto or Vancouver.
Compensation for this position ranges from $86,500 to $108,000 CAD, depending on factors like experience and location.
