What you'll do Design and implement robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration between the two.
Write clean, maintainable, and productive code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and promote knowledge sharing among team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on users.
Document development processes, code changes, and application functionalities for future reference and onboarding.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance application performance.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Engage in agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
and retrospectives to ensure effective project management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Solid experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of software engineering.
Nice to have Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles to enhance user experience.
