What you'll do Oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with FanDuel's offerings.
Provide a proactive and thorough service aimed at boosting customer retention and engagement.
Ensure all interactions adhere to responsible gaming practices and compliance standards.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering personalized rewards and incentives through regular communication.
Work collaboratively with various departments within FanDuel to enhance the overall customer experience.
Meet and exceed established productivity, quality, and service level benchmarks.
Ensure that all bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations alignwith the company's strategic objectives.
Organize and host hospitality events for VIP clients, enhancing their connection with the brand.
Uphold company protocols related to responsible gaming in all client interactions.
Mentor and develop a team of VIP Account Managers, fostering an environment of exceptional service delivery.
Requirements A minimum of 4 years in high-end customer service is preferred,



showcasing your ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Prior experience in team management is a significant advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
A background in high-level hospitality is preferred, demonstrating your ability to caterto client needs.
Familiarity with the online gaming sector is crucial for understanding the market and client expectations.
Experience in managing teams is preferred, highlighting your leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of sports or experience in a regulated industry is a plus, enhancing your understanding of the client base.
A strong commitment to delivering outstanding service is essential for success in this role.
A confident, people-oriented demeanor is necessary for building relationships with clients.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are required for data management and reporting.
Consistent ability to meet targets and deadlines is crucial for maintaining service levels.
Strong organizational and planning skills are necessary to manage multiple client needs effectively.
An understanding of marketing processes is preferred, aiding in client engagement strategies.




Flexibility to work non-traditional hours is required to accommodate client needs.

Practical notes This opportunity is available to candidates located in Edmonton, Calgary, or Greater Alberta. The salary for this position ranges from $97,000 to $121,000 CAD, influenced by factors such as experience, location, and market conditions.
The role includes benefits such as extended medical, vision, and dental coverage; life and disability insurance; a retirement plan with employer contributions; and various employee perks.
Employees receive 12 holidays, two floating holidays, and paid sick leave in accordance with Canadian law.
