What you'll do Oversee the daily operational responsibilities for the Auth0 product leadership team, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
Manage project tracking and provide logistical support for the Chief of Staff, facilitating seamless operations.
Foster effective communication among internal stakeholders to ensure that product initiatives remain on track and deadlines are met.
Implement and manage administrative and strategic projects aimed at boosting team productivity and operational efficiency.
Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to streamline processes.
Collaborate with various departments to align product goals with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach.
Prepare and present reports on project status and operational metrics to senior leadership, providing insights for decision-making.
Assist in the onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated into the product operations framework.




Organize and facilitate team meetings, ensuring that agendas are set and follow-ups are tracked effectively.
