What you'll do Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market demands.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision and roadmap, translating customer needs into actionable requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, using insights to inform product strategy.
Develop and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that features and enhancements are aligned with business objectives and customer feedback.
Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, gather feedback, and adjust priorities as necessary.
Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, using data analytics to assess user engagement and satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries,



providing updates and insights to internal teams and external partners.
Champion a customer-centric approach, advocating for user needs and ensuring that product decisions are informed by user feedback and testing.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation within the product portfolio.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing to the overall direction and vision of Trophiai's product offerings.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.




Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Nice to have Experience in the AI or machine learning domain, particularly in product development.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
Previous experience in a startup workplace, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
Understanding of software development processes and technologies, including familiarity with programming languages.
