What you’ll do Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Develop and implement financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial implications of new projects and initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate operational efficiencies, identifying areas for improvement to optimize financial performance.
Prepare and present financial presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with corporate objectives.
Conduct variance analysis to understand discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
Drive the budgeting process, coordinating with various departments to gather input and consolidate financial plans.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and operations, applying this knowledge to enhance processes.
Build solid relationships with external partners and vendors to support financial operations and negotiations.
Utilize advanced financial software and tools to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques, with experience in budgeting processes.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the gaming industry.
Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and performance management.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to have Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with an understanding of its unique financial challenges.
Knowledge of advanced financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Certification in financial analysis or related fields, such as CFA or CMA.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French, enhancing communication with diverse teams.
