What you'll do Lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process, reducing time to market and improving code quality.
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
Implement security best practices across all stages of the development and deployment processes, safeguarding sensitive data and applications.
Manage configuration management tools and automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource utilization.
Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the team's overall capabilities.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our DevOps processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and services, aligning with business objectives.
Document processes, configurations, and workflows to maintain clarity and continuity within the team.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems, ensuring rapid response to incidents.




Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a proven track record of managing cloud infrastructure.
Robust proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications.
Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and process improvement.
Familiarity with configuration management tools, including Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement in DevOps practices.
Nice to have Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, particularly using Terraform.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Previous experience in a leadership role or mentoring junior team members.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert) would be advantageous.
