What you’ll do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our web applications.
Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code across the full stack, including front-end and back-end components.
Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality standards.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, addressing performance issues and ensuring optimal functionality.
Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
Design and manage database schemas, ensuring data integrity and efficient data retrieval.
Work with APIs to integrate third-party services and enhance application capabilities.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into our development processes.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure the security and scalability of applications by following best practices and conducting regular assessments.




Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Robust experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies, preferably with AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit and integration testing.
Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio showcasing your work.
