Supply Analytics Senior Analyst at Agoda. About the role Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Supply department as an individual contributor. You will provide data-driven insights to optimize the supply ecosystem and report to a Senior Manager or Associate Director.

What you'll do Convert business briefs into analytical projects by refining objectives and creating storyboards.
Extract and interpret data from large warehouses to present findings to business stakeholders.
Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.
Build and scale data products and insights to support the Supply organization.
Automate manual operational tasks and track efficiency gains.
Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable business recommendations.
Requirements 2 to 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, strategy, or business intelligence.
Bachelor degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics,
engineering, science, economics, or finance.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
Proficiency in Python or R and Excel.
Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning techniques including regression, hypothesis testing, and random forest.
Ability to manage stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
Willingness to work 2 to 3 evenings per week to coordinate with the Bangkok office and regional partners.
Nice to have MBA or Master degree in a quantitative field.
Program management certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2.
Experience in the Asian market.
Background in travel, e-commerce, tech, or consulting.
