What you'll do Establish the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for a significant product area, which may include core banking, risk management, AI-driven insights, or payroll solutions.
Treat products as business entities by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging data to inform decision-making.
Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to uphold high standards of usability and product excellence.
Develop compelling narratives that align stakeholders and clarify priorities, especially in situations with uncertainty.
Interact directly with small business clients to gain insights into their workflows and identify their pain points.
Work in tandem with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to facilitate successful product launches and encourage user adoption.
Assess potential strategic partnerships and contribute to fostering a strong product culture within the organization.
Lead product initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across various teams.
Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features and enhancements.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.




Mentor junior product managers and contribute to their professional development within the team.
Drive initiatives that promote innovation and experimentation within the product development process.
Requirements At least five years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching products at scale.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a product area and influence the broader strategic direction of the company.
Proficient in data analysis, with the capability to independently access metrics and write basic SQL queries.
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building consensus among engineering, design, and business teams.
Experience collaborating in a leadership trifecta that includes engineering and design disciplines.
Proven success in cross-functional teamwork, particularly in executing go-to-market strategies.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and impose structure on complex challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
Nice to have Previous experience in the fintech sector, particularly in roles that involve financial products.
A background in early-stage companies, especially during periods of rapid growth and scaling.
Familiarity with credit underwriting processes or tools related to risk and fraud detection.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
Skills & tools Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Expertise in product strategy formulation and roadmap creation.
