The candidate will be responsible for translating inbound business priorities into capability needs and feeding them into the inbound technology and analytics roadmap in partnership with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams.
The candidate will be responsible for partnering with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to ensure aligned solution delivery for current and future Inbound Technology platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for driving execution and adoption of inbound reporting and analytics across global teams.
The candidate will be responsible for owning inbound reporting and metric governance, ensuring data integrity, consistent definitions, and aligned reporting practices in partnership with the Global Fulfillment Analytics CoEs.
The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the inbound reporting landscape for speed, usability, and relevance.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities through analysis and operational performance monitoring.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting capability development and change adoption under Director guidance.
Job Requirements The candidate must hold a university degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Computer Science,



or Data Science; Scrum Master certification is considered an asset.
The candidate must have 8+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain technology, preferably within a retail environment.
The candidate must have experience managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
The candidate must have robust analytics and system solution skills.
The candidate must have solid multitasking ability.
Mathematical, statistical, and financial structuring knowledge is considered a plus.
The candidate must have strong quick decision-making skills.
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
The candidate must communicate with honesty and kindness while encouraging others to do the same.

Additional information Work conditions The candidate will work in a hybrid work workplace.
