This role focuses on driving sales and consumption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform within the financial services sector. You will manage complex sales cycles, engage with executive leadership, and expand customer vision to accelerate deal closures.

What you'll do Engage with CIOs, IT and LOB executives, and program managers to drive business outcomes.
Manage the full sales lifecycle for both new and existing accounts.
Balance short-term wins with long-term, complex enterprise sales opportunities.
Exceed established targets for activity, pipeline development, and revenue.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including use cases, forecasting, and project timelines.
Utilize a solution-oriented sales methodology to demonstrate platform value.
Promote the enterprise cloud data platform and Apache Spark capabilities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resource optimization.
Develop and execute strategic account plans.




Requirements 7+ years of experience in sales, consistently exceeding quotas.
Field sales experience specifically within SaaS, Cloud, or big data sectors.
Proven ability to navigate and succeed within early-stage company environments.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to clearly explain complex cloud technologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Established professional network of CIOs and decision-makers.
Nice to have Prior experience working with Financial Services (FINS) accounts.
Technical understanding of Apache Spark and big data environments.
