Client Implementations Consultant at Fispan About the role As a Client Implementations Consultant at Fispan, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration of our financial technology solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to deliver tailored implementations that meet specific business needs. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, as you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process while ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.

What you'll do Lead the implementation of Fispan's financial technology solutions for clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their unique business processes, translating these into actionable implementation plans.
Conduct thorough system configurations and customizations to align Fispan's offerings with client specifications.
Provide training and support to clients during the implementation phase, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Document implementation processes and client interactions to create a knowledge base for future reference and training.
Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial technology to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Assist in the development of implementation methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or Finance.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the financial technology sector.
Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in using project management tools and software to track progress and manage tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Nice to have Experience with financial software solutions or banking systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of API integrations and data migration processes.
Previous experience in training or mentoring clients on software usage.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) would be beneficial.
Skills & tools Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
Basic understanding of programming languages or SQL for troubleshooting purposes.
Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing technologies.
Practical notes This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and may require occasional travel to client sites.
