Engagement: Full-time
What you'll do Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization.
Design and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company and equipped for success from day one.
Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and professional organizations to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to promote job openings and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
Foster a culture of continuous learning by identifying training and development opportunities for employees at all levels.
Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance workplace morale.




Assist in the development of performance management processes that encourage employee growth and align individual goals with company objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management to ensure Offstreet remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all recruitment and employee management practices.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding career development and internal mobility opportunities within the organization.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with a proven track record of successful hires.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees at all levels.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools to streamline recruitment processes.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve talent acquisition strategies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.




A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Nice to have Experience in employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace.
Certification in HR or talent management (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or similar).
Previous experience in a startup or technology-focused company.
Knowledge of labor market trends in Saskatchewan and surrounding regions.
Skills & tools Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms, such as BambooHR or Workable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for conducting training sessions and workshops.
Ability to use social media platforms for recruitment purposes effectively.
Practical notes This is a full-time position based in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
