About the role As an ISV Channel Partner Manager at Ott, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure our partners are equipped for success.

What you'll do Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard new ISV partners that align with Ott's business goals.
Foster strong relationships with existing ISV partners, ensuring their needs are met and they are fully engaged with our products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness and demand for partner solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any challenges they may face.
Work closely with the sales team to integrate partner solutions into our sales processes, ensuring that our representatives are well-versed in the offerings of our ISV partners.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities within the ISV landscape.
Provide training and support to partners,
equipping them with the necessary resources to effectively sell and implement our solutions.
Analyze partner performance metrics and develop actionable insights to improve partner engagement and revenue generation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Ott and network with potential partners.
Collaborate with product management to ensure that partner feedback is incorporated into product development and enhancements.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on partner performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the technology sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing ISV partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of software development and the technology landscape, particularly in relation to SaaS and cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Solid analytical skills,
with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for partner management.
Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events.
Nice to have Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in a technology-focused company.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the software industry.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to our global partner base.
Skills & tools Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) software.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Practical notes This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and may require occasional travel to meet with partners or attend industry events.
