What you'll do Develop and enhance quantitative models that span various asset classes, ensuring they are robust and adaptable to market changes.
Analyze extensive data sets to identify emerging market trends and potential investment signals that can inform trading decisions.
Design, implement, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies while effectively managing associated risks to maximize returns.

Requirements A solid professional background in research within asset management, investment banking, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of investment strategies, risk management practices, and mathematical modeling techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB, with a strong capability to apply these tools to quantitative analysis.
A thorough understanding of statistical analysis methods and advanced mathematical concepts relevant to trading.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex ideas to team members and stakeholders.
Nice to have Prior experience in building or deploying algorithmic trading systems, showcasing a practical understanding of the trading environment.
