Bioconnect is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Platform initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of our platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management within the technology sector, coupled with a passion for creating innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

What you'll do Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product vision and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
Develop detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development process.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business goals.
Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement to inform future iterations and improvements.
Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on product progress and gather input.
Organize and lead product demos and training sessions for internal teams and external clients to ensure effective product adoption.




Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and updates in accordance with Agile methodologies.
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues, providing expert guidance and support.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and collaboration.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Bioconnect remains at the forefront of the enterprise platform market.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise-level products.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.




Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Nice to have Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology sectors is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques to drive product insights.
Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced technology company.
Certification in Product Management or related fields (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
Skills & tools Proficient in product management software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
Familiar with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision).
Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
Knowledge of API integrations and cloud-based solutions.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Practical notes This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and may require occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.
The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to accommodate global teams or urgent product issues.
Candidates should be prepared to provide a portfolio of previous work or case studies demonstrating their product management experience.
