Strategy & Operations Associate at Trophiai About the role Trophiai is seeking a dedicated Strategy & Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time position will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities that align with Trophiai's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of current operations and recommend improvements.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
Facilitate project management processes, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.




Support the budgeting process by providing data-driven insights and forecasts to guide financial planning.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that operational strategies are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
Monitor industry best practices and competitor strategies to inform Trophiai's operational approach.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing innovative ideas and solutions.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a team-oriented and supportive work environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and tools that can enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related role, preferably within a technology or startup environment.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools,



with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Nice to have Experience in the technology sector or a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Fluency in a second language can be advantageous in our diverse workplace.
Skills & tools Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Practical notes This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and may require occasional travel for team meetings or industry events.
