What you'll do Serve as a strategic partner to leadership in Operations, Sales, and Marketing, influencing hiring strategies and enhancing talent quality.
Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to identify areas for improvement, increasing hiring efficiency and achieving strong talent outcomes.
Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, HR, and business leaders to navigate complex hiring challenges and inform talent-related decisions.
Utilize AI and new technologies to refine sourcing strategies, boost recruiter productivity, and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
Foster a cooperative recruiting culture by sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in Operations, Sales, or General and Administrative roles within high-growth settings, with familiarity in the Canadian talent market.




Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner, using data and insights to influence hiring decisions and streamline recruiting processes.
Experience thriving in dynamic, high-growth environments while maintaining a balance between urgency and candidate experience.
Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders across various functions.
Proficiency in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance recruiting workflows and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish processes in a developing market environment.
Nice to have Experience with recruiting tools and platforms that utilize AI for sourcing and candidate engagement.
Skills & tools Familiarity with data analysis and recruitment metrics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Practical notes The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 CAD, depending on experience and location.
