This position is centered around enhancing liquidity and facilitating capital-raising efforts for both General Partners (GPs) and Limited Partners (LPs).
As a key contributor to this growth sector, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Private Fund Secondaries, playing an integral role in shaping the future of the team.

What you'll do Assist senior team members in establishing and nurturing relationships with fund managers, investors, and external collaborators, such as fund administrators.
Proactively seek out recent GPs and LPs through a robust outreach strategy that includes extensive email campaigns and cold calling.
Oversee the complete fund secondary transfer process, from the initial stages of due diligence to sourcing buyers and executing transactions.
Develop external presentations, including comprehensive pitch decks and partnership proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Keep the deal pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) system updated, ensuring accurate information regarding deal status, contact history, and next steps.
Conduct thorough due diligence on fund structures to identify and qualify potential Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) opportunities.
Create and maintain internal trackers and reports that monitor pipeline volume, conversion rates, and the speed of deal execution.




Collaborate with team members to identify market trends and opportunities for growth within the private fund secondaries space.
Participate in strategic discussions to refine processes and improve operational efficiency within the team.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Contribute to a positive team culture through active participation in team-building activities and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements 2-4 years of relevant experience in venture capital secondaries, private market fund administration, sales and trading, investment banking, or a comparable finance role.
Demonstrated success in prospecting and generating leads in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment.
Ability to produce high-quality marketing materials suitable for institutional audiences, effectively pitching ideas and partnerships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple client relationships and transaction workflows in a dynamic setting.
Comfortable navigating an early-stage, less structured work environment.
Must possess FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses or be willing to obtain them shortly after joining the team.
Nice to have Experience in the formation, due diligence, and management of SPVs for venture-backed enterprises.




Familiarity with fund economics, including concepts such as carried interest, management fees, and waterfall structures.
Previous experience in a front-office origination role dealing with high-net-worth individuals or institutional clients.
Skills & tools Proficient in CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking interactions.
Strong financial modeling skills to analyze potential deals and investment opportunities.
Competent in using presentation software to create engaging and informative materials for stakeholders.
