What you'll do Cultivate and expand relationships with existing agency and direct advertising partners to increase annual revenue.
Develop joint business plans and upfront strategies for top-tier clients.
Onboard new clients by demonstrating the value of Reddit advertising products.
Use internal and external data to build strategic pitches and proposals.
Manage the full lifecycle of client meetings, from setting agendas to defining clear outcomes.
Serve as the primary contact for platform updates, new features, and growth opportunities.
Partner with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to ensure campaign goals are met.
Provide client feedback and performance metrics to internal teams to influence the product roadmap.
Represent Reddit as a thought leader at industry events and mentor internal team members.
Requirements 8 to 12 years of total digital media experience,



including 3 to 7 years specifically in sales.
Background managing partnerships with large enterprise Retail organizations.
Experience engaging and maintaining relationships with C-level executives.
Expertise in social media, native advertising, and digital measurement solutions.
Established network of contacts within the agency and client-direct sectors.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and executing long-term growth strategies.
BA or BS degree, or equivalent qualified experience.
