What you'll do Manage all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
CPA designation is required.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice to have Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
