Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager at D2L About the role: This role focuses on enhancing the customer journey from beginning to end. You will design and implement programs to boost customer involvement, reduce attrition, and maximize long-term value.

What you'll do Develop strategies and plans for product introductions, feature updates, and customer growth initiatives.
Create and manage programs that guide customers through their entire experience with D2L, from initial setup to ongoing use and renewal.
Design communication plans using email, in-app messages, webinars, and content to encourage product adoption and engagement.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential churn.
Build automated workflows and customer journeys within marketing platforms.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to create customer-facing materials.
Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or a similar area.
Experience with B2B SaaS or technology products is preferred.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
A solid understanding of customer segmentation, email marketing, and retention strategies.
Demonstrated success in running multi-channel campaigns that increase customer engagement and retention.
The ability to translate data insights into practical marketing actions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have Experience with Planhat or 6sense.

Practical notes Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $112,000 CAD annually.
