About the role You will manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across global markets including the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. This role focuses on building talent pipelines and acting as a strategic advisor to retail leaders for store staffing and leadership hiring.

Engagement: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
What you'll do Manage full-cycle recruitment for current store openings and existing retail locations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
Screen applicants using standardized interview guides to ensure brand alignment.
Provide weekly recruitment metrics and market insights to retail leadership.
Coach field managers on hiring processes and interview techniques.
Maintain and optimize the Greenhouse ATS, including the integration of AI automation tools.
Identify and resolve recruitment barriers in partnership with HR and retail teams.
Requirements Proven experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment.
Proficiency in Boolean search techniques via LinkedIn and Indeed.




Solid organizational skills to manage multiple project trackers and timelines.
Understanding of employment law and relevant legislation.
Ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders clearly.
Availability to work in the Pacific Standard Time zone to support the Western region.
Nice to have Experience with AI-driven sourcing tools.
