Job Description: Business Operations Management (BOM) team helps our Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) partners achieve operational and strategic excellence, specializing in the following areas: Financial management, Resource management, operational risk management, and employee and colleague communications and engagement. In managing the "business of technology", the BOM team is committed to achieving excellence through the standardization and continuous improvement of its services and prides itself in being a highly collaborative and cross-functional group of professionals.
About This Role We are looking to fill the role with individuals who are well-versed at providing specialized business management guidance and support, but also motivated to implement policies, processes and initiatives that meet TD’s overarching business management, strategy and governance objectives.
Identify issues and opportunities, understand trends and provide specialized business management advice to senior management and respective teams while raising industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness.
Provide subject matter expertise and help identify, design, test solutions and support implementation activities.
Develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at both the functional or enterprise level.
Lead interlock sessions within the team and across other segments within TBO.
Lead monthly finance interlocks for BWI and help Business Managers with detailed variance analysis.
Create and deliver presentations and communications geared to management or broader audience.
Adhere to internal policies / procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities, and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
Identify variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence,
and implementation of initiatives and/or business operations within defined area of responsibility.
Support development and/or/ implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Job Requirements 5‑7 years relevant BA experience; very strong experience working with data management/manipulation and associated reporting and related tools.
Strong background in financial management.
Knowledge of TD reporting cycles and systems would be a big plus.
Workforce Management tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Advanced MS Office (Excel, PPT), strong asset would include experience in Power BI.
Strong communications skills, working closely with business stakeholders.
Clarity: will be support for Resource Managers, Project Managers and Timekeepers Knowledge of POD allocations and Clarity Financials would be an asset.
Supporting a Business Manager for day‑to‑day operations within Technology Business Operations Building out value‑added reporting to support Executive decisioning.
