What you'll do Support key initiatives by developing strategies that drive growth and enhance user experiences.
Utilize data to optimize current projects and introduce current initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, digital marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, including the ability to create new data tables and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.




Strong analytical skills to assess the operational and financial implications of decisions and iterate based on insights.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, finance, and legal.
Ability to navigate ambiguity while providing structure and focus to projects.
Nice to have Familiarity with Figma or Adobe After Effects for developing creative assets.
Experience with Claude Code.
Skills & tools Data analysis and visualization tools, particularly SQL.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to strategize and implement plans effectively.

The compensation for this role ranges from $86,500 to $108,000 CAD, based on factors such as skills and relevant experience.
