What you'll do Recruit, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Develop regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations.
Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Engage with C-level stakeholders to identify business needs and secure new opportunities.
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through consistent engagement.
Coordinate with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner ecosystem to drive revenue.
Requirements Proven experience in cybersecurity sales leadership.
Demonstrated success in new business development, including C-level negotiation and presentations.
Strong background in managing, coaching, and recruiting sales talent.




Experience with financial planning, territory management, and CRM pipeline reporting.
Ability to integrate AI tools into decision-making and workflow processes.
Deep understanding of IT business drivers and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Practical notes Base pay ranges from CAD 68,300 to 200,000, plus equity, variable incentive compensation, and benefits. Total compensation is based on qualifications and location.
