What you'll do Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality and ensure seamless integration with back-end services.
Write clean, maintainable, and productive code while adhering to best practices in software development.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and mentor junior developers in coding techniques and problem-solving.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across various devices.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into our development processes.
Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
Engage in user testing and feedback sessions to refine product features and improve user satisfaction.
Document development processes, code changes,
and system architecture to maintain clear communication within the team.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby, and experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
Solid understanding of server-side technologies, including Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and familiarity with ORM tools.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing applications.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, including unit testing and integration testing.
Previous experience in a startup environment or working with Agile methodologies.
Understanding of security best practices in web application development.
