What you'll do Create and sustain internal software applications that boost the productivity of engineering teams.
Ensure seamless integration of various business systems to maintain data integrity across the organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint inefficiencies in existing internal processes and propose solutions.
Write high-quality, maintainable code that supports the expansion of our R&D; infrastructure.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges within our internal business application ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality.
Participate in the design and implementation of data pipelines and workflow automation processes.

Requirements A solid background in software engineering, particularly in the realm of business systems or internal tooling, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with a strong understanding of system architecture principles.
Capability to convert complex business needs into functional technical specifications that guide development efforts.
Experience in working with APIs and managing data integration workflows to ensure smooth data operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
