What you’ll do Lead the design and implementation of scalable and reliable DevOps architectures that support our cloud-based applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine deployment pipelines, ensuring efficient and automated processes.
Establish best practices for CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that align with our strategic goals and improve our DevOps capabilities.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution to maintain high availability and performance standards.
Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing across the team.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the DevOps team.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for DevOps solutions.




Implement security best practices within the DevOps pipeline to safeguard our applications and data.
Conduct regular assessments of our infrastructure and processes, recommending enhancements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to align team efforts with project goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team to drive our DevOps strategy forward.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, platform architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
Strong understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, and their application in microservices architecture.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, with a proven track record of implementing automated deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage and provision cloud resources.
Solid knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
Understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and security.




Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Familiarity with serverless architectures and their implementation in cloud environments.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Previous experience in a leadership role or as a technical lead in DevOps projects.
Certifications in relevant technologies, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Solutions Expert.
