What you'll do Design and maintain the infrastructure that supports research workflows and project lifecycles.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure research insights are integrated into product development.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal tools used by the research department.
Establish standards for research documentation and data management.
Identify bottlenecks in current processes and implement improvements to increase team productivity.




Requirements Proven experience in program management, specifically within a research or product design environment.
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
Strong communication skills to articulate operational needs to technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced setting where speed and execution are prioritized.
