Responsibilities for Collections Manager: Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
Help ensure branch compliance




Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
Requirements for Collections Manager: First-party consumer collections management
Subprime experience is a plus
Computer proficiency
Customer service focus
Leadership ability
Work Hours for Collections Manager: No Sundays
Some early evening & Saturday work hours required
45-48 hours a week
