Position: Millwright Journeyman – Maintenance Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a Millwright Journeyman to join our Maintenance team! Our Millwright will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment on the production line!
You will be a great fit if you are a friendly and hardworking team player who is eager to take on new challenges! This role is physically demanding as you will be lifting, moving, and handling large parts of equipment for the bulk of your job. However, this gives you the chance to work in a friendly and supportive environment where your work has a direct and positive impact on how we create our products!

Skills & Experience You have 3-5 years of relevant experience
You have Red Seal Millwright certification
You have excellent mathematical and mechanical skills
You have great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Nice-to-Have Experience and/or education in lean manufacturing; Six Sigma
Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions
Install, align, take apart, and move stationary industrial machinery/mechanical equipment using appropriate tools
Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
other… You can work flexible shifts, as the job requires
Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions
Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes,



jacks and tractors, to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up, and repair of machinery
Install, align, take apart and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces and generators according to layout plans using hand and power tools
Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls
Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery
Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation by using hand and power tools and welding equipment
Other duties as assigned
