What you'll do Oversee the overall health of Dasher supply throughout Canada, concentrating on acquisition, mobilization, and retention strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Analyze and identify supply shortages in different regions, employing data-driven insights to uncover root causes and develop targeted interventions.
Create and enhance programs designed to attract and retain top-tier Dashers, gaining insights into the factors that influence their engagement and satisfaction.
Manage supply levels under varying operational conditions, including adverse weather and seasonal fluctuations, balancing immediate responses with long-term strategic planning.
Conduct comprehensive, data-centric evaluations of supply performance, assess the effects of program modifications, and articulate clear recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments, including Product, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Operations, to ensure cohesive alignment on supply strategies and to achieve shared objectives.
Make strategic trade-offs between supply sufficiency, delivery excellence, and cost-effectiveness to maintain the overall vitality of the marketplace.




Develop and implement metrics to monitor and report on Dasher performance, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
Engage in regular communication with Dashers to gather feedback and insights, using this information to inform operational strategies.
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency of logistics operations and improving the Dasher experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in logistics and delivery services to drive innovation within the team.
Requirements At least 2 years of experience in fields such as strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in supporting operational initiatives with a focus on quality and performance metrics.
Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in utilizing data and AI tools for effective problem-solving and prioritization.
Background or academic experience in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions in a dynamic work environment.
Nice to have Previous experience in logistics or delivery service sectors.
Understanding of marketplace dynamics and principles of supply chain management.




Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Skills & tools Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis.
Experience with project management software and collaboration platforms to enhance team productivity.
Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs relevant to logistics and operational efficiency.
