Senior GTM Partnerships Manager, Canada at airwallex. About the role Airwallex is seeking a leader to establish and expand our partnership ecosystem within the Canadian market.

Engagement: Full-time
Compensation: OTE CA$225,000 - CA$270,000 (70/30 base and variable split), plus equity and commission

What you'll do Develop and execute the Canadian partnerships strategy to create a high-impact growth channel.
Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, including initial outreach, contract negotiation, activation, and ongoing revenue growth.
Utilize your professional network to secure new partnerships and accelerate market entry.
Create and implement joint go-to-market initiatives, such as co-selling, referral programs, events, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and strategy teams to integrate partnerships into the broader Canadian growth plan.
Monitor performance metrics and drive conversion rates to ensure commercial targets are met.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.




Established professional network within the Canadian tech, ecommerce, or commercial sectors.
Demonstrated history of hitting sales quotas and generating revenue through partnerships.
Experience scaling or launching partnership programs in a new market with minimal supervision.
Robust commercial mindset with a focus on ownership and rapid execution.
Nice to have Prior experience in fintech, high-growth startups, or the ecommerce industry.
Understanding of ecosystems adjacent to Airwallex and how to monetize those connections.
Bilingual proficiency in French.
