What you'll do Prioritize and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle
Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine software requirements
Create applications and tools using clean, efficient code
Automate tasks through scripting and appropriate tools
Analyze and debug existing systems
Conduct validation and verification testing following a test-driven approach
Participate in code reviews for both your work and that of peers
Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve products
Ensure software components are current with the latest technologies
Requirements Proven ability to write scalable, clean Java code
Experience with Spring Boot
Deep understanding of relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL
Strong background in developing RESTful API endpoints
Working knowledge and enthusiasm for Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Proficiency with GIT
Experience using system and performance monitoring tools such as New Relic or DataDog
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or RestAssured
Excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and leadership abilities
Self-motivated with the capacity to deliver results with minimal oversight
Adaptability and openness to learning new concepts
Cooperative team player
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience as a skilled Engineer




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Nice to have Experience with UI development frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular)
Knowledge of React, Selenium automation, and cloud platforms
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio
Familiarity with Ansible
Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of Linux and IP networking
Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services or similar
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Experience working on a SaaS product
Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy
On-call experience with production systems
Mentorship experience in a professional setting
Use of Generative AI Code Assistants (e.g., Github Copilot) and knowledge of current Generative AI Model capabilities
