About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
Monitor staff performance and provide training and supervision
Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly




Control inventory, food costs, and labor expenses
Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assist with hiring, scheduling, and employee development
Track sales and prepare operational reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications Completion of secondary school education
Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
