We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Sheet Metal Worker who is eager to build a long-term career in the trades.

Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Sheet Metal Worker, you will work alongside experienced Journeypersons to learn all aspects of the trade, including:

- Installing HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems
- Assisting with the fabrication of sheet metal components
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings
- Installing HVAC equipment and accessories
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and sealing ductwork
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite
- Following company safety policies and industry best practices
- Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions

Qualifications

- Registered Apprentice Sheet Metal Worker (any year) or someone interested in beginning an apprenticeship
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- Excellent communication skills
- Safety-conscious attitude

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous construction or mechanical experience
- Fall Protection, WHMIS, and First Aid certifications
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
