The Opportunity
We're looking for TWO passionateRegistered Massage Therapists (RMTs)to join this diverse team of skilled Practitioners who valuecuriosity, collaboration, lifelong learning, and the creation of meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues.
We have a unique opportunity for 1 individual to step into an established therapeutic practice specializing in prenatal,



postpartum, and birth support care while receiving mentorship and support within a trusted clinical environment. Rather than building a caseload entirely from scratch, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into an established practice built on more than 24 years of patient relationships and community trust.
The 2nd opportunity is open to applicants with general or specialty backgrounds in Massage Therapy, including an existing book of clientele to start and surrounded by a dedicated team with diverse skills, willing to train and mentor the successful candidate long-term.

What We're Looking For

- A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with MTAM and NHPC. Applicants must be a current member of MTAM or be willing to enroll in membership to be considered.
- Comfortable working inan Independent Contractor capacity,including the facilitation of your own GST remittance andCPP and EI contributions.
- Proficiency with Jane is required for chart notes and scheduling.
- Able to work a blended schedule including one weekend day, two prime evening shifts, and two day shifts. Options to work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday are currently available.
- The physical capacity tocomplete 20-25 treatmentsper week, working approximately 6 hours daily.
- A passion for continuous learning coupled with a collaborative and team-orientedspirit.
- Additional certifications and/or skills in prenatal, myofascial, cupping, or IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) would be considered a significant asset.
- Professional, reliable and eager to continue to build the practice
