What a typical day will look like

- Follow crew leader instructions in order to complete projects on time and according to specifications
- Plant, maintain flower beds, laying mulch and soil
- Weeding manually around flowers or by applying vinegar
- Use different equipment to cut grass, hedge trimming and other tasks
- Load / unload truck with crew leader or other crew members
- Report any issues to the crew leader

For a perfect match

- High school diploma
- Be physically fit and have great endurance
- A valid driver's license with a good driver's record is an asset




- Experience in Landscaping or related field (farming, tree planting, construction etc.) is an asset
- Ability to use and maintain landscaping equipment safely and responsibly
- Execute verbal instructions, read labels and signs
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, and as a team
