Production Associate

Join a leading manufacturing team where safety, quality, and teamwork come first. We're looking for dependable Production Associates with experience in woodworking, construction, or manufacturing to help produce high-quality products in a rapid-paced environment.

Shift Options:

- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

What You'll Do:

- Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Identify and report production or equipment issues
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment

What We're Looking For:

- Previous woodworking or construction experience required
- Comfortable using hand and power tools, including drills and saws
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
